Quality Trainee

Job Title: Quality Trainee
Department: Quality
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and follow Quality SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Gauges.
• Check components as per drawing and specifications.
• Record inspection results accurately.
• Identify and report defects/non-conformities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
• Follow safety and 5S requirements.
• Support customer complaint and rejection analysis.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
