Quality Trainee

we are looking for Mechanical Engineering candidates for our quality department. Who is responsible for inspecting components,checking dimensions, identifying defects, reading mechanical drawings and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities :

• Inspect incoming raw materials, machined components, fabricated parts and finished products as per quality requirements.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other relevant inspection tools.
• Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, dimensional specifications and tolerances.
• Identify defects, deviations during inspection and report them to the concerned Persons.
• Ensure that components and products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to maintain product quality.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records and measurement data accurately.

Education :

B.Tech / BE / DME - Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Freshers or Experienced , who does not undergone any apprenticeship are preferred.
