What they need
- Execute daily trading operations with a focus on equities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trading strategies.
- Conduct high-touch trading, including handling manual or email-based trades under abnormal conditions.
- Monitor trading metrics to ensure smooth operation of products.
- Research and understand order execution rules across various markets to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clearing and IT teams to prepare daily trading valuation reports, perform position reconciliations, and manage report distribution.
- Support the team in maintaining and expanding relationships with brokers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High numerical acuity and proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Basic programming skills (python).
- Familiarity with securities trading.
- Preferred background in computer science, finance, or economics.
