Quantitative Analyst

Take responsibility to analyze and determine the convention of Thai registered bond, including provide Mark-to-Market price of bond and relevant information which supports the Thai bond market development, market participants and ThaiBMA customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and provide the Thai bond Mark-to-Market Price, including develop the appropriate methodology for pricing new bond and structured products
• Develop data and analytical tools for money market development
• Research and study for constructing and revising bond pricing convention suitable for Thai bond market
• Conduct quantitative research involving financial and money market development
• Analyze relevant data to encourage ThaiBMA service strategies
• Advise data users about ThaiBMA data and related services
• May support training, workshops, or knowledge-sharing activities as appropriate. experience in these areas is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance, Finance, Economics, Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Business Administration, Engineer or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in Quantitative Analyst, financial or banking fields
• Good command in English
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Advanced Excel using(VBA) and MATLAB coding
• Advantage in Program Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Well organized, result-oriented, high ability to work under pressure and problem solving skill as well as multi tasks skill
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to discover creative financial solutions
• CFA or FRM certification and experience is advantage
