Quantitative Developer - Python/C++

Partnering with leading global quantitative hedge funds and proprietary trading firms to expand their Core Engineering and Quantitative Development teams.

What you will build:

• Core Framework & APIs : Build and scale high-performance libraries, tools, and internal APIs used directly by Quant Researchers.
• Quant Enablement & Feedback : Partner closely with researchers to solve technical bottlenecks and translate their needs into platform features.
• Production, Infra & Optimization : Own end-to-end deployments, runtime debugging, and low-level performance tuning across production workflows.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of solid software engineering experience in Python and C++
• Proven track record building developer frameworks, shared libraries, or mission-critical production systems
• Deep knowledge of Linux environments , CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and debugging workflows
• Quant finance experience is a plus, but top engineers from Big Tech / High-Performance Computing backgrounds are strongly welcomed!
