What You Will Do: You will sit right next to world class AI researchers, turning theoretical models into highly optimized code that actually executes in live markets. What We Need From You:

• A couple years of commercial experience writing high performance C++ and Python in a Linux environment.
• An understanding of distributed computing and low latency system architecture.
• A genuine curiosity about how financial markets actually work.
• You do not need a background in finance. We just need you to have the engineering chops to build incredibly fast and reliable systems.
