We are looking for a Python Quantitative Developer to work directly within a trading desk, collaborating closely with Quantitative Researchers and Traders on the development of trading and research technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, with direct exposure to trading strategies, investment decisions and the wider research process.

What We're Looking For

• 2–8 years of experience in Quantitative Development, Software Engineering; OR a hybrid Quant Developer / Research / Analyst role.
• Strong Python programming skills are essential.
• Experience working with any trading desk or asset class is welcome.
• Full-stack development exposure ( Python / TypeScript ) is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in financial markets.
• Comfortable working directly with Quantitative Researchers, Traders and other technical stakeholders.
