The ideal person will be coming from a shop where it's too large and bureaucratic for them to be successful or a shop where they don't get a proper bonus due to being netted against the PM.

They've hired top engineers and researchers from AI Labs as well as FAANG companies to build research infrastructure. They have some of the best research technology on the marketplace to help with signal generation.
