Quantity Assistant Surveyor

About the role

This role involves assisting in the preparation of work status reports, cost estimates, and bid documents for high-rise construction projects. You will support Construction Managers and Engineers/Architects in evaluating contractor progress, preparing change order costs, and maintaining cost databases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing work status of the works with corresponding percentages for proper work
• Provide accurate numbers in terms of work progress which helps the company in delivering
• Assist estimates using the issued plans and specifications
• Assist bid documents in coordination with the Construction Managers
• Assist tabulation of proposals submitted during the bidding
• Assist contract documents of awarded packages and coordinates with respective signatories
• Check conflicts between the plans and specifications including different trades
• Assist the Construction Managers in evaluation of contractor's progress billings
• Assist Construction Managers and Engineers/Architects in preparation of cost for change order
• Maintain and comply with cost estimates

About you

• Graduate of BS Architecture or BS Engineering
• With experience in High-rise project
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Strong background in exposure to estimating and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) or Bills of Materials
• High attention to detail with a methodical approach to project costs
• Must be highly proficient in MS Office (specifically MS Excel) and analytical tooling

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
