- Prepare quantity take-offs based on approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Estimate the quantities of construction materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
- Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities of completed work.
- Prepare progress billing measurements and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, Procurement, and Accounting Department regarding project quantities and costs.
