About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects. The successful candidate will analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine material, labor, and project costs while supporting bidding and tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from plans and specifications.
• Review project documentation and identify scope requirements.
• Assist in preparing bids, tenders, and project cost reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing information.
• Maintain accuracy of estimating data and project records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity estimation or cost estimating within the construction industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with Australian (AU) clients/projects is desirable.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
