What they need
A) RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepare Taking Off Quantity from Construction Drawings.
- Sourcing of Materials, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Prepare Tender Clarification, Cost Analysis & Letter of Award.
- Able to do cost monitoring, claim certification, final account and budgeting
B) REQUIREMENT & SKILLS
- Ability to provide reliable and accuracy in measurement/Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management.
- Three (3) years experience in building construction & fresh graduate will be considered.
- Exposure to Post Contract Administration.
- Keeping project cost within budget and highlight potential cost overrun.
- Propose alternative materials to enhance quality of finished products.
