Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Quantity Surveyor
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor MEP
Memahami sistem mekanikal, elektrikal & plumbing
Mampu menyusun dan menghitung BOQ, RAB, dan RAP
Memahami metode konstruksi serta jenis material
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan target waktu
Tanggung Jawab
Menyusun estimasi biaya untuk tender dan proyek MEP
Menghitung serta mengendalikan biaya proyek MEP
Menangani variasi pekerjaan, kontrak, dan klaim MEP
Menyusun laporan dan dokumentasi Quantity Survey MEP
Berkoordinasi dengan tim MEP proyek dan pihak terkait
