What they need
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be well versed with market pricing and quality elements.
·
Engage with existing and new supply chain partners to obtain pricing and quality information
in support of tender bids.
·
Assist in the development of the procurement programme and carrying out sub-contract procurement.
·
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
·
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
·
Preparation of supplier contracts and to be involved in all supplier negotiations.
·
Need to be able to read construction drawings and have some AutoCAD knowledge.
·
To assist in the post tender clarification and contract negotiations.
·
Liaise with Project Manager / Head to establish the project specification and requirements.
·
To record and execute all aspects of contract administration in connection with the main contract
and sub-contract.
·
Produce and negotiate insurance claims with insurer's representative.
·
Preparation of the Contract Variation Copy & Progress Claims.
·
REQUIREMENTS
Languages
Min Education Level
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey / Certificate
or equivalent.
·
·
To have excellent IT skills and a proficient knowledge of MS Project.
·
