• Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for toilet cubicles and kitchen cabinets.
• Prepare detailed material take-offs for HPL, Compact HPL, MDF, plywood, hardware, accessories, fittings, etc.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
• Calculate material quantities, wastage, hardware, accessories.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations for materials and hardware.
• Prepare project quotations and costing sheets.
• Check quantities against approved drawings and site requirements.
• Monitor material consumption against estimated quantities.

AutoCAD Drafting

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings and production drawings.

• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and fixing details for:

  • Toilet cubicles
  • Kitchen cabinets
  • Vanity units
  • Lockers

• Prepare drawings based on architectural and consultant requirements.

• Incorporate consultant/client comments and prepare revised drawings.

• Prepare fabrication drawings with accurate dimensions and material specifications.

• Ensure all drawings are suitable for production and installation.

• Maintain proper drawing revision and document control.

• The candidate should have knowledge of:

  • MDF / Plywood / HPL
  • Melamine and laminate finishes
  • Base cabinets and wall cabinets
  • Tall units and storage units
  • Countertops and worktops
  • Hinges, drawer runners and cabinet hardware
  • Soft-close systems
  • Kitchen accessories and fittings
  • Sink units and appliance openings
  • Cabinet carcass and shutter details
  • Edge banding and finishing requirements
