Job Description

Will manage tendering of bid to closing out of projects. Will assist the Sales and Marketing Department to meet client deadlines of bid. To make sure all technical and cost related concerns are well attended and covered before any finalization with client contract

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 7-10 Year(s) of working experience as QS for Costing and Quantity take off
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
• High Accuracy in Quantification of Scope of Works
• Knowledge of cost control, cost benefit, and risk analysis
• Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money
• Measure and value work done on site
• Planning & Time Management skills
• Detail Oriented and Pro- Active
• Result Oriented, Team Player
• Can handle great pressure to meet deadlines
• Can Attend Pre bid with client
• Post-Contract Audit know-how
