You will be responsible for cost control and quantity verification of electrical works. In addition to supporting contract administration, evaluates variations, and ensuring accurate reporting of costs.

Requirements

• Certified Quantity Surveyor
• 4-7 years of experience
• General Cable Networks Experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control
• Review contractor claims and variations
• Support contract administration

• Technical: BOQs, cost control, contracts
• Behavioral: Analytical thinking, negotiation
