Quantity Surveyor (A&A for Building construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Assisted in quantity surveying activities, including progress measurements, preparation of payment claims, and evaluation of subcontractor claims for construction projects.
• Supported contract administration by managing variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims, progress claims, and final account settlements with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinated with project managers, architects, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely contract administration.
• Conducted site and supplier visits to verify work progress, material delivery, and project requirements while supporting tender and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor, preferably in landed residential construction projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word, with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
