Quantity Surveyor (A&A projects)

●       Manage project budgets and cost control to ensure projects remain within budget.

●       Handle projects from contract award to completion, including final accounts.

●       Prepare procurement schedules and lists based on project specifications and timelines.

●       Source, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor quotations and prepare subcontract documents.

●       Track defects, variations, and related documentation.

●       Manage VO submissions, progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.

●       Review subcontractor VO claims and ensure proper execution and procedures.

●       Follow up on subcontractor and client payments.

●       Handle progress claims, payments, VOs, and project close-out.

Requirements:

●       Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor.

●       Min 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant.

●       Able to communicate and liaise with co-workers, subcontractors and suppliers

●       Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
