Quantity Surveyor Admin

About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Admin to join our team in Bintulu. The successful candidate will assist our QS and project team with tendering, quotation and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tender preparation and submission.

• Assist with BQ preparation and cost estimates.

• Obtain, compile and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.

• Prepare and organize tender and project documentation.

• Prepare letters, reports, correspondence and other administrative documents.

• Maintain proper filing and records for tenders and projects.

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments when required.

• Perform other QS/project administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction and QS/tendering work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
