Quantity Surveyor (AMK/MNC/5days/CCTV)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quotations for telecommunications, ELV, and M&E projects.
• Manage the full tendering process, including preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
• Administer contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within the approved budget.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure accurate costing.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and provide regular cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Good understanding of quantity surveying practices, contract administration, cost control, and tendering processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of QS software is an advantage.
