Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ) and project estimates.
• Managing billing processes, client invoices, and vendor payments.
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial records.
• Coordinating with site engineers, vendors, and clients for accurate billing.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
