Quantity Surveyor & Site Foreman

Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Building Works

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong experience in:

• Road Works
• Building Works
• Earthworks, including Cut & Fill Works
• Pipeline Works
• Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ
• Cost estimation and cost control
• Preparation and evaluation of variations
• Interim payment applications and valuations
• Subcontractor measurement and payment certification
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Monitoring project quantities, costs, and progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil and building construction projects
• Hands-on experience in road, earthworks, cut & fill, and pipeline works
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, measurements, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Foreman – Civil Works
• We are looking for an experienced Foreman with strong site experience in:
• Road Works
• Earthworks, including Cut & Fill Works
• Pipeline Works
• Supervising and coordinating site activities and manpower
• Reading and following drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction projects
• Hands-on experience in road, earthworks, and pipeline construction
• Good knowledge of site supervision and construction practices
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
