QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ quantity surveying experience
• Preferable to have both consultant and contractor experiences
• Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua

Responsibilities:

• Check and audit tender reports
• Monitor tendering procedures and approve tender lists
• Evaluate variation works and claims
• Resolve disputes from subcontractors and suppliers

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.)
