Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation Payment Applications to clients,
• Follow up Payment collections,
• Preparation of Subcontract Works Orders and VOs,
• Checking and certification of the subcontract payments,
• Measurement and settlement of accounts with clients and subcontractors,
• Assistance in tendering/ Preparation of tendering

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building studies,
• 5 years relevant experience or above,
• Computer literacy in EXCEL, WORD.
• NO Malaysia, Singapore (Hong Kong only)
