Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Yick Man Estates Ltd. is a well-established investment property company.  We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following position.

Responsible for evaluating contractors' and subcontractors' payments, monitoring project costs, assessing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Candidates pursuing or studying towards HKIS professional qualification will also be considered
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Hong Kong construction projects, experience in hotel, commercial, or residential developments is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong standard forms of construction contracts and contract administration
• Hands-on experience in handling EOT applications, interim payments, variations, and final accounts
• Proficient in MS Office applications and quantity surveying software
• Able to work independently, good communication and co-ordination skills
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Working location: Wanchai
