Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the project team on routine operations.
2. Assist with general and contract administration, including interim payments and variation works applications.
3. Handle material ordering, including preparing material cost valuations, sourcing quotations, and managing procurement.
4. Prepare quantity measurements and cost estimations.

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
2. 3–4 years of experience in construction or quantity surveying.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Familiarity with NEC contracts.
7. Experience in civil works is preferred, particularly in site formation, ELS, and drainage works.
