Quantity Surveyor/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle all pre-contact and post-contract QS services, including cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, budget control, etc.;
• Liaise with client and sub-contractors;
• Daily operations, such as payment applications & certificate, payments of subcontractors, etc.;
• Coordinate with the project management team to handle contractual related issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions, etc;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; ideally with professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS
• 3 years relevant experience gained at the principal contractor level, preferably related to building projects;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
