Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost planning, cost control, and the associated reporting duties;
• Assessment of sub-contractor’s payments and carry out measurements;
• Assist in preparing the tender documents and payment applications;
• Maintain and update the records and documents

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and above;
• 3 years of relevant experience, less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
• Well organized, proactive and initiative;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Good in PC operation.
