Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in building construction or maintenance works;

Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;

Responsible for sub-letting, preparing cost estimates, valuation of variations and settlement of final account;
