Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Currently we are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor to manage a WSD project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare Interim Payment application and negotiate with RSS
• Draft and negotiate contract documents, amendments, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• With experience in WSD Risk-Based Improvement project is an advantage;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Candidate with less experiences could be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
