Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the quantity surveying process for the project, including tendering, cost estimation, cost control, subcontract management, valuation, contract claims and final account settlement.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
