Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Location : Wan Chai, Salary : 26-30K ( 5 Days )

Responsible for evaluating contractors' and subcontractors' payments, monitoring project costs, assessing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Candidates pursuing or studying towards HKIS professional qualification will also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Hong Kong construction projects, experience in hotel, commercial, or residential developments is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong standard forms of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Hands-on experience in handling EOT applications, interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and quantity surveying software.
• Able to work independently, good communication and co-ordination skills
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
