Work Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,700 – SGD 5,500 per month
Salary offered will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, employer requirements and role suitability.

We are currently looking for Malaysian Quantity Surveyors who are interested in exploring career opportunities with multiple employers in Singapore. Opportunities are available across Construction, Building, Engineering, M&E and related industries.

Suitable candidates will be matched with available positions based on their qualifications, experience, technical skills and salary expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and project cost planning.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations and Bills of Quantities where applicable.
• Carry out quantity take-off and measurement of works.
• Prepare and assess progress claims.
• Handle Variation Orders (VO), subcontractor claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within budget.
• Assist with procurement and evaluation of subcontractor quotations.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site visits when required.

About You

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant Quantity Surveying experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates may be considered for selected junior positions.

• Experience in Construction, Building, M&E, Renovation or Interior Fit-Out projects will be an advantage.

• Familiar with cost estimation, tendering, measurement, progress claims, VO and final accounts.

• Good communication skills in English are required.

• Mandarin-speaking ability is mandatory for selected positions where communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors or stakeholders is required.

• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.

• Willing to relocate and work in Singapore.
