Quantity Surveyor (Basic Salary Up to $5000)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and pricing schedules
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor packages
• Review and assess contractor and subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments
• Conduct measurements and valuations of completed works
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Construction Management or a related field
• Relevant experience in construction industry
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, costs, and contractual procedures
