About the role
Cornerstone Smart Global Corp. is looking for a freelance/part-time Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to assist with BOQ preparation for lighting, electrical, and smart-home projects.
Key responsibilities
- Read architectural/electrical plans
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Count lighting fixtures, switches, outlets and other electrical items
- Prepare organized BOQs in Excel
- Identify quantities per room/area
- Assist with material costing when needed
About you
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Planswift or similar take-off software is preferred
- Electrical/lighting experience is a plus
