What they need
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost and variations estimates, interim payment applications and payment certification for subcontracts, materials and plants
- Carry out measurement for the purpose of subletting, material ordering, variation estimates and final accounts
- Prepare contra-charge account against subcontractors
- Assist in the implementation of the requirements of the Manuals in respect of all Quantity Surveying functions
- Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' relevant experience
- Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts
- Practical experience in NEC Contract will be an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English and excellent writing skills
