  • Coordinate site measurement activities, maintain measurement records, takeoffs from drawings and BIM models, and validate quantities for payment and reporting.
  • Participate in commercial meetings, progress meetings, and claims workshops; present commercial status, forecasts, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
  • Support final account negotiation, closeout, and handover including preparing reconciliation, settlement documentation, and release of final payments and retention as applicable.
  • Ensure commercial deliverables are compliant with project procedures, contract conditions, and client reporting requirements.

  • Experience with commercial management systems, invoice workflows, and cost control tools; familiarity with Primavera P6 / MS Project for interface with planning teams is advantageous.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and BIM models to extract quantities and validate contractor submissions.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value concepts, cost forecasting, and basic accounting principles for projects.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with external contractors and clients.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to perform accurate measurements, cost reconciliations, and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
