Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and manage progress billings and variation orders.

• Interpret architectural drawings to perform accurate material take-offs for partitions, ceilings, and finishes.

• Control project costs and provide detailed financial reports using spreadsheet software.

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure work remains within budget.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering

• With at least 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects

• Experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects is an advantage

• Knowledge in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, cost control, billing, and variation works

• Familiar with interior works such as partitions, ceilings, and finishes

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings

• Proficient in estimation tools and spreadsheet software

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
