Quantity Surveyor - Civil/ Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction/infrastructure projects team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, measurement, billing, cost control, subcontractor billing, and commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-off, BOQ and cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ and contract documents.
• Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills and client bills.
• Check site measurements and ensure quantities are accurate.
• Monitor project quantities, costs and variations.
• Prepare rate analysis for various civil works.
• Identify and evaluate extra items, deviations and variations.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Billing and Accounts teams.
• Maintain proper measurement books, quantity records and supporting documents.
• Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.
• Review subcontractor measurements and certification.
• Ensure billing is prepared as per contract terms and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and management for quantity-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 38 years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure / road projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, billing and measurement.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
• Experience in handling client and subcontractor billing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
