What they need
To support cost measurement and valuation activities for civil construction projects under the guidance of senior commercial staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates.
- Support interim payment certificate (IPC) and subcontractor valuation preparation.
- Help track and document variations and change requests.
- Verify quantities and progress against site records.
- Maintain organized measurement and cost documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting.
Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and measurement principles.
Familiarity with take-off/measurement software is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
