What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Membuat analisa harga satuan pelaksanaan pekerjaan berdasarkan hasil analisis BOQ, survey lapangan terakhir, gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, metode kerja & data teknis
- Membuat owner estimate dari hasil analisa harga satuan pelaksanaan pekerjaan
- Menghitung volume & membuat RAB pelaksanaan pekerjaan
- Menghitung volume & harga satuan atas perubahan yang terjadi di lapangan
Kualifikasi :
- S1 Teknik Sipil/Teknik Arsitektur/Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro atau sejenis
- Minimal 3 (tiga) tahun diposisi yang sama, diutamakan berpengalaman di konsultan QS untuk highrise project
- Menguasai bidang QS (kontrak, tender/pre contract, post contract, administrasi contract
- Autocad & MS Office (Word & Excel)
