Role Purpose

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of construction projects across QP's international portfolio. Working alongside senior QS professionals and project leads, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle, from early estimates and bills of quantities through to valuations and final account, across residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bills of quantities, estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Support monthly valuations, payment certifications, and variation submissions.
• Help maintain accurate project records, logs, and QS documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams under the guidance of senior staff.
• Follow QP's procedures, standards, and document management protocols.
• Assist in reviewing structural and finishes designs, including bar bending schedules, to support the compilation of Bills of Quantities.
• Help prepare documentation to confirm adjustments to tender sums and support the upkeep of final account records.

What You Bring

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Engineering, or a recognised equivalent qualification.
• Some practical QS experience through placements, internships, or early career roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM tools is a plu
