Your Role

You’ll be the backbone of project coordination, ensuring documentation, cost tracking  run seamlessly.

Document Control & Admin

1. Assist in preparation and submission of progress claims
2. Prepare, monitor and track Variation Orders (VO)
3. Assist with measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)
4. Monitor project costs, material usage and site cost records
5. Prepare and track Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
6. Review and maintain commercial and contractual documentation
7. Support cost estimation, cost control and budget monitoring
8. Coordinate with the site team, consultants and main contractor on commercial matters
9. Assist in preparation of reports and documentation for project submission
10. Maintain proper records for audit and project compliance purposes

What We’re Looking For

1. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
2. 2–5 years of relevant experience in QS, commercial, contract or construction-related roles
3. Experience in construction or data centre projects will be an added advantage
4. Good understanding of measurement, costing, claims and variation works
5. Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS/project documentation systems
7. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams
