Quantity Surveyor

Site-based in Kulai, Johor

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Negotiating and administering contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and addressing any variances
• Preparing and analysing progress claims, valuations, and final accounts
• Providing expert advice and support to the project management team
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be site-based in Kulai, Johor
• Only Malaysian
