Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BQ, contract document, etc
• Visit site, make evaluation, submit progress claims, and preparation of final account
• Able to provide the cost of construction for tendering project (BQ/pre-contract) based on technical drawing & documents
• Assist in site coordination and site overall delivery
• To request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers, analyse and prepare tendered evaluation report
• To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Computer literate and good communication skills
