Quantity Surveyor

Our Client:

• Commercial Construction Industry
• Mon-Fri, Office Hours
• Redhill
• UP $4800 Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender documentation by reviewing drawings and specifications, compiling BOQs and setting unit pricing
• Perform quantity take-offs, source and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and analyse cost comparisons and pricing summaries for tender evaluation
• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating and awarding subcontracts, while maintaining cost control and updating cost data systems
• Handle project cost administration, including variation works, site instructions, and final accounts for both main and subcontract work

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Quantity Survey / Architecture / Interior Design / Contracts Management or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in Interior fit-out / Renovation / A&A works
• Possess knowledge in luxury retail / boutique / bespoke joinery / specialty installations will be an added advantage
