What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities with architects and/or clients
• Carry out costing analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Assist in understanding client requirements and support feasibility studies
• Obtain quotations, liaise and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare progress claims, subcontractor claims, and assist in final account closing
• Perform other quantity surveying duties assigned by your superior

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying from a recognised university or polytechnic
• Min 3 years working experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Able to work independently with good time management
• Willing to learn and grow in the construction industry
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to work
