Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
• Handle contract documentation, submissions, and cost evaluations.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage progress claims and interim payments in coordination with project teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
