Quantity Surveyor

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, quantity survey or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or internship are encourage to apply

Job Scope:

• Prepare design calculations and technical drawings.
• Prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.
• Assist in calling quotation and tender coordination.
• Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning.
• Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team.
• Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.
• Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.
